PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On April 13th at 6:53 p.m. Ofc Aaron Kacergis arrested
Benjamin T. Zietler, 39, of Provincetown who was charged with

Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Fail to stop for police
Resisting arrest
Speeding

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On April 14th at 10:06 a.m. Ofc. David Hobbs arrested
Benjamin T. Zietler, 39, of Provincetown who was charged with
Larceny of motor vehicle

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On April 16th at 12:51 a.m.
Luis Alberto Caceres, 43, of Methuen, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

SANDWICHOn April 15th at 6:06 p.m.
David Allen, 36, of Buzzards Bay was charged with
Impersonating a police officer
Red/Blue light violation
Uninspected vehicle

On April 15th at 7:30 p.m.
Thomas M. Asack, 48, of Forestdale was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)

On April 16th at 4:44 p.m.
Joyce M. McGann, 59, of Sandwich was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise over $100

On April 17th at 1:45 a.m.
Frederick W. Berthel IV, 40, of Forestdale was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Marked lanes violation
Failing to stop or yield
Following too closely

On April 17th at 5:34 p.m.
Anne Doucette, 53, of Mashpee was charged with
Leaving the scene of property damage

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, officers responded to434 calls for service. These calls included the investigation of 34 separate incidents. Officers made 11 arrests, responded to 3 motor vehicle crashes and issued 116 motor vehicle citations.

FALMOUTHOn April 11th at 6:45 P.M.
Michael L. Freitas, 43, of Teaticket was charged with
Warrant arrest

On April 12th at 2:01 a.m.
Alberto E. Brito, 34, of Cambridge was charged with
Unarmed burglary
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Trespassing with motor vehicle
Operating after license suspended or revoked (subsequent offense)
Fugitive from justice

Gregory Kelley, 34, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Threatening to commit a crime
Attempting to commit a crime (larceny under $250)
Warrant arrest

On April 13th at 5:44 p.m.
Felicia Y. Medina, 25, of Fall River was charged with
Possesison with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts)
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspriacy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Robert M. Estrela, 24, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possesison with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts)
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspriacy to violate the controlled substance act

On April 13th at 9:14 p.m.
Jacobi L. Crayton, 23, of Hyannis was charged with
Possession witi intent to distribute a Class D substance

On April 15th at 2:26 p.m.
Jeffrey M. Machado, 37, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On April 15th at 10:29 p.m.
Matthew Stephan Turner, 31, of Buzzard Bay was charged iwth
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Speeding
