PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On July 1st at 1:38 a.m. Ofc. Christopher Landry arrested
Harry Ralph Collins, 72, of Boston, MA who was charged with

Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Failing to stop or yield
Speeding

TRURO
– Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On June 27th at 5:15 p.m. Det. Craig Bayer arrested
Michael E. Renaud, 42, of Attleboro, MA who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 28th at 4:39 p.m. Ofc. James Bragdon arrested
Lucas M. Ceresia, 22, of East Greenbush, NY who was charged with
Operating after license suspended
Operating after registration suspended
Uninsured vehicle

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On June 28th at 12:50 a.m.
Caitlin Bruscoe, 32, of Springfield, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violatioj
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
and
James B. Mitchell Jr., 36, of Wilbraham, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 28th at 8:22 a.m.
Keith A. DeBettencourt Jr.
, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license revoked as habitual traffic offender
False name to police officer
Uninspected
Speeding
Possession of a Class B substance
Possession of a Class C substance (2 counts)

On June 29th at 4:20 p.m.
Andrea M. Kane, 43, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 1st at 2:26 a.m.
Erik S. Hnis, 30, of Truro wa charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs

BREWSTER
– Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report.
On June 11th at 9;23 p.m.
Gerald A. McDade Jr., 56, of Auburndale, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On June 21st at 1:07 p.m.
Jonathan M. Dubois, 26, of Brewster was charged with
Warrant arrest

On June 24th at 10:38 p.m.
Nathaniel B. Hardwicke, 38, of South Chatham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

BOURNE – Bourne Police report that for the past week, theyhandled 532 calls for service this past week. Those calls included 33 investigated incidents. There were 6 arrests, Officers responded to 11 motor vehicle crashes , issued 88 motor vehicle citations and 52 parking tickets

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On June 29th at 11:42 p.m.
Brian Edward Martin, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substnace
Warrant arrest

Ryan Williams Marks, 26, of Bourne was charged with
Possession of a Class A substnace
Warrant arrest

On June 30th at 12:11 a.m.
Eric Steven Lino, 35, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class A substance
Warrant arrest

On June 30th at 8:36 p.m.
Anthony J. Gilmette, 28, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Distributing a Class A substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

On July 1st at 4:43 p.m.
Elizabeth Anne Spooner, 54, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery on a police officer
Resisting arrest

On July 1st at 5:25 p.m.
a 16-year old juvenile was charged with
Disorderly conduct

On July 1st at 11:35 p.m.
Ryan Francis Baker, 32, of Medford, MA was charged with
Warrant arrest

On July 3rd, 2016
Jonathan Douglas Emerald, 31, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
