Weekly Police Department Reports/Arrests – Week of September 7th, 2015

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On August 31st at 8:34 p.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Rasa Schiffenhaus, 36, of Provincetown who was charged with

On September 1st at 9:03 p.m. Sgt. Glenn Enos arrested
Dean W. Marshall, 44, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On September 3rd at 1:06 a.m. Ofc. Rachel Peters arrested
Dylan James Bertrum, 43, of Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Leaving the scene of property damage

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 2nd at 11:16 p.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Devon Anderson Walsh, 21, of Chatham who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On September 4th at 9:05 p.m. Ofc. Steven Raneo arrested
Jorgejean G. Bones, 21, of Somerville, MA was charged with
Operating without a license

On September 5th at 10:08 p.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
David E. Rooney, 57, of East Wareham, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

Rufus Russ Jr III. 52, of Taunton, MA was charged with

On September 7th at 1:04 a.m.
Andrew K. Parent, 31, of Wellfleet was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Assault and battery on a police officer
Resisting arrest

Brendan W. Baylor, 32, of Abington, MA was charged with

On August 3rd at 5:52 p.m.
Janet E. Brisson, 54, of Chatham was charged with

On August 5th at 6:20 a.m.

Juliana Monsini Foscaldi, 39, of Brewster was charged with

On August 21st at 6:35 p.m.
Karl Francis Eiler, 20, of Brester was charged with

On August 23rd at 3:24 a.m.
Robert E. Voegtlin III, 23, of Brewster was charged with

On August 27th at 12:29 a.m.
Franck D. Champley, 58, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating recklessly to endanger

SANDWICH –Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On September 1st at 10:01 a.m.
Aubrey James Wilsey of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license suspended (subsequent offense)

False name/ssn to police
Warrant arrest (carrying a dangerous weapon)

On September 3rd at 11:02 a.m.
Katherine Davis of Jefferson, MA was charged with
Breaking and entering in the daytime with inten to commit a felony-person in fear

On September 6th at 3:31 p.m.
Collin Spano of Plymouth, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor

BOURNE – For the past week, Bourne Police report that theyhandled 628 calls for service. This included 18 arrrests, 50 investigated incidents and 14 motor vehicle crashes. Officers also issued 137 motor vehicle citations and 44 parking violations.

Anthony M. Hathaway, 26, of Pocasset was charged with

Junior operator operating 12-5 a.m. without parent

On September 4th at 12:47 a.m.
Stephen M. Lennon, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with

On September 4th at 5:51 p.m.
Sean Evan Dugas, 20, of East Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act

James Collins Burke, 20, of Falmouth was charged with
Trafficking in cocaine
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance

On September 5th at 3:02 p.m.
Cyrille Bourque, 25, of Falmouth was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise

Wayne S. Moniz, 60, of Falmouth was charged with

On September 5th at 8:31 p.m.
David Brandy Toole, 63, of Falmouth was charged with
