View from the Salt Pond Visitors Center in Eastham
EASTHAM – The latest on great white shark research in the waters off the coast of Cape Cod will be addressed in a presentation in Eastham in August.
The Cape Cod National Seashore will bring in state shark expert Dr. Greg Skomal to talk about the animals and the technology being used to track them. Skomal will address how following the movements of sharks helps researchers learn more about the creatures.
The free discussion is planned for August 9th at 7 P.M. at the Salt Pond Visitor Center.
Space is limited and attendees are asked to call the visitor center to reserve seating.
