BOURNE – From Bourne Police: At Approximately 4:22 PM, Bourne Police and Bourne Fire responded to a residence on Nairn Road for a report of an unresponsive male party and possible noxious fumes inside the residence. A HAZMAT team responded, made entry, and cleared the scene of safety hazards. An 84-year-old male from Bourne was located deceased. Based on the initial investigation, criminal acts are not suspected. The incident is currently under further investigation by the Bourne Police and Massachusetts State Police.
