BOURNE – Bourne Firefighter were kept busy at Taylor’s Point Marina Sunday evening. Shortly after 7 PM crews responded to a report of a boat fire that had been extinguished. A stove top fire had been put out but smoke filled the 41-foot vessel. While crews were working on the fire scene, a vehicle went into the water at the boat ramp. Everyone made it out safely but the large pickup became completely submerged. A tow service was late able to pull the vehicle from the water. No one was injured in either incident. Officials were also checking a report of another vessel taking on water. Further details were not immediately available.
