HYANNISPORT – High tide and a stiff breeze stranded four people on the Hyannisport breakwater near Forte’s Beach late Sunday morning. According to reports, one person ended up in the water and a second apparently went in to assist that person. Both of those people were able to get to shore safely. Two others were rescued by a Hyannis Fire boat and brought safely to a dock. No one required medical treatment.
