PROVINCETOWN – A stark reminder of the dangers of leaving chemicals in direct sunlight in a vehicle, a can of refrigerant exploded in the back of a parked Mazda sedan in a parking lot on Shankpainter Road in Provincetown around 2:30 p.m. Luckily the car was vacant and no one was injured. The impact blew out the rear window and forcibly moved the rear seat.
