FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report that on Saturday evening an officer stopped a car on Sandwich Road for operating erratically. During the stop the officer suspected the operator to be under the influence of alcohol. Field sobriety tests were administered and the operator failed. As a result, the operator identified in the Falmouth public police log as Eileen Mary McDonald, 31, of Belmont was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of luquor, operating negligently to endanger, and marked lanes violation OUI-Liquor. Police say McDonald took the breathalyzer test and the results showed her Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) was over three times the legal limit (.26%).
