OSTERVILLE – Falling tree limbs from today’s gusty winds caused a significant power outage in Osterville. Eversource reports 1,350 customers lost power sometime after 2 PM. Line crews are working to repair the damage caused when the limbs brought primary wires down along Osterville/West Barnstable Road. by late afternoon less than 100 customers were still out.
Sometime after 7 PM downed limbs caused another outage affecting some 670 customers in Marstons Mills. Eversource was working to restore service.
