William Hayes – Yazoo County MS Corrections
HYANNIS – From the Cape & Islands District Attorney’s office: Cape & Islands District Attorney Michael O’Keefe announced today that William Hayes, 38, of Falmouth was arraigned in Barnstable District Court on one count of Murder and one count of Assault and Battery Dangerous Weapon, in connection with the shooting death of 34-year-old Darrell Russ in Hyannis on October 16, 2019.
The Honorable John Julian ordered Hayes held without bail. A probable cause hearing is scheduled for 1-8-20.
