* WHERE…Barnstable MA, Dukes MA and Nantucket MA Counties.
* WHEN…Until 4 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Strong wind gusts could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
