PROVINCETOWN – Rescuers rushed to Herring Cove Beach in Provincetown Saturday afternoon after reports a kayaker had capsized and was in the chilly lower 50 degree water. As the photos show the victim was able to make it to shore as Provincetown rescuers and rescue boats arrived on the scene. The victim declined any medical treatment.
