YARMOUTH – Fire broke out in the kitchen of a condominium unit in Yarmouth sometime after 4:30 PM. Firefighters were called to the Seine Pond Condos at 844 Route 28 to find an active fire in one unit on the second floor. All occupants escaped safely and Yarmouth Police evacuated adjacent units. Traffic delays were possible in that section of Route 28. The Red Cross is providing temporary shelter for the displaced occupant.
