FALMOUTH – From Falmouth Police: On Friday afternoon a caller from North Falmouth reported that her neighbor was on her deck dancing about while completely naked. Raul R. Vera, 62, of North Falmouth was arrested and charged with Open & Gross Lewdness, as well as Lewd, Wanton & Lascivious Conduct.
