MARSTON’S MILLS – A man was seriously injured after reportedly falling down a flight of stairs sometime around 1 AM Sunday morning. Rescuers responded to a Blackbird Road residence and rushed the victim to the Cape Cod Airfield to meet a MedFlight helicopter for transport to a trauma center. Further details were not immediately available.
