PROVINCETOWN – A man suffered a leg injury in an unusual incident in Provincetown on Friday. Fire and rescue personnel were called to Atkins Lane about 6:45 p.m. The man’s leg had somehow become pinned between a small cottage and his Nissan Frontier pickup truck. Firefighters, Police and Good Samaritans worked together to physically and carefully lift the truck away from the cottage to prevent further injury. Once that was accomplished the truck was rolled backwards so EMTs could access the man. He was taken to Cape Cod Hospital.
