DENNIS – From Dennis Fire: A Honda CR-V traveling westbound on Route 6 struck a guard rail at 1:04 AM. The vehicle’s left front tire was ripped off flipping the vehicle on its roof. The crash happened just before the road goes to two lanes on each side. The driver of the vehicle was able to crawl out of the vehicle prior to the fire departments arrival. The driver was treated and transported to Cape Cod Hospital with injuries that were not-life-threatening by Dennis ambulance. The Dennis and Harwich Fire department’s respond collectively into that portion of the highway under a joint agreement. The crash is under investigation by the Mass State Police.
