BARNSTABLE – An outside fire extended to the rear of a house at 88 Railroad Avenue in Barnstable about 6:45 a.m. Sunday. A second outside fire extended to an apartment complex in Hyannis shortly before 8:30 a.m. Crews were called to the Cedar Village Apartments at 70 Main Street. Both fires were quickly knocked down and no injuries were reported.
