Weekly police department arrests/reports 11/05/19

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 31st at 3:20 p.m. Ofc. Emmett Catanese arrested
Javier O. Hernandez, 61, of Provincetown who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 1st at 4:33 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Joseph S. Alexiou, 35, of Brooklyn, NY who was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger

On November 2nd at 12:18 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Tammy L. Magolan, 43, of Eastham who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 28th at 4:54 p.m.
Amanda Costa, 33, of East Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery

On October 29th at 8:36 p.m.
Jean Davis Taft, 63, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On October 30th at 9:30 a.m.
David F. Newbold, 57, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On November 1st at 8:01 p.m.
Samantha Ann Gill, 30, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (4 counts)
