On October 10th at 10:24 a.m. Sgt. Kevan Spoor arrested
Wayne N. Jarret, 56, of Truro who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Fail to stop or yield
On October 10th at 3:02 p.m. Ofc. Sarah Harding arrested
Dorothy V. Conway, 42, of Truro who was charged with
Violating an abuse prevention order

Michael C. Burris, 50, of Brewster was charged with

Marked lanes violation
On October 15th at 1:16 a.m.
Brittany A. Rose, 20, of North Eastham was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Minor in possession of alcohol

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On October 10th at 12:17 p.m.
Todd Richard Lopes, 29, of East Falmouth was cahrged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon
Operating to endanger
Fail to stop for police
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
and
Andrew Gerard Weldon, 28, of New Bedford, MA was charged with
Trafficking on heroin/morphone/opium
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (2 counts)
Possession with intent to distribute a Class D substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
On October 14th at 1:02 a.m.
Marcus A. Medina of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
On October 14th at 1:16 a.m.
Alex J. Thome, 25, of Centerville was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Assault and battery
On October 14th at 3:55 p.m.
Amanda Whitman, 43, of East Falmouth was charged with
Disorderly conduct
Threatening to commute a crime (A&B with DW on a dog)
Assault with dangerous weapon
On October 14th at 10:29 p.m.
Annette S. Connon, 49, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
