Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of January 3rd, 2017

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report no arrests for the past week.

TRURO – Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On December 26th at 9:02 p.m. Sgt. Jeremiah Valli arrested
Yananys Y. Antonevich, 45, of Newtonville, MA who was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating recklessly to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Defective equipment
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

On December 30th at 7:55 p.m. Ofc. Kylee Larrabbee arrested
Gail Gingras Mitchell, 49, of Provincetown who was charged with
Operating without a license
Marked lanes violation

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report no arrests for the past week.

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On December 28th at 3:56 p.m.
Leo Curran of East Sandwich was charged with
Warrant arrest

On December 29th at 10:30 a.m.
Michael Czyzowski of Mashpee was charged with
Operating after license revoked
Unregistered vehicle

On January 1st at 12:53 a.m.
Zachary Donald Young of East Sandwich was charged with
Breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony
Larceny under $250

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past two weeks:
On Deceber 21st at 12:30 a.m.
Elisha A. Bowman, 43, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Operating without a license
Speeding

On December 21st at 11:25 a.m.
a 14-year-old juvenile was charged with
Breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commut a felony/person in fear
and
Edwin J. Otero Jr., 27, of Cotuit was charged with
Breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commut a felony/person in fear
Malicious destruction of property

On December 22nd at 10:34 a.m.
Karli Samantha Carlino, 23, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On December 22nd at 4:58 p.m.
Kimberly Spuhler, 43, of Falmouth was charged with
Malicious destruction of property
Disorderly conduct
Resisting arrest

On December 22nd at 6:23 p.m.
Adam E. Devlin, 45, of Harwich was charged with
Operating under the infuence of drugs
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Possession of a Class A substance

On December 23rd at 4:35 p.m.
Robert D. Harrigan, 65, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (3rd offense)
Operating negligently to endanger
OUI-related offense while license suspended for OUI related offense
Open containter of alcohol in a vehicle

On December 23rd at 6:00 p.m.
Robery C. Abney, 60, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Open containter of alcohol in a vehicle

On December 25th at 10:58 a.m.
Nathan David Wiesner, 26, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On December 27th at 1:40 a.m.
Jacob M. Ewald, 22, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On December 27th at 7:36 p.m.
Patrick S. Perkins, 41, of East Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On December 28th at 6:31 p.m.
Matthew Ronald Nunes, 27, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest
and
Christopher J. Marconi, 31, of Bourne was charged with
Warrant arrest

On December 30th at 8:16 p.m.
Benjamin Scott Boudrot, 21, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On December 31st at 1:32 a.m.
Robert T. Hendricks, 39, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
