TRURO – Truro Police report no arrests for the past week.

BREWSTER – Brewster Police report the following arrests since their last report:
On January 20th at 2:34 a.m.
Ernane Bicalho-DaSilva, 24, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Operating without a license

On January 22nd at 10:01 p.m.
David M. Rice, 36, of Brewster was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)
Operating recklessly to endanger
Open container of alcohol
Speeding

On January 27th at 6:54 p.m.
Ruth A. Shepard, 55, of East Dennis was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Speeding

On January 29th at 6:53 p.m.
Margaret A. Guzman, 49, of Raynham, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation
Driving over traffic island
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 24th at 8:39 p.m.
Russell Snow of Wareham, MA was charged with
Attempting to commut unarmed robbery
Operating under the influence of liquor
Wonton desctruction of property
Failing to stop or yield

On January 28th at 6:17 p.m.
Leah M. Harrington of Sagamore was charged with
Shoplifting by concealing merchandise (over $100)
Misleading a police officer

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On January 23rd at 5:05 p.m.
David Wayne Martin Jr., 30, of East Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance (subsequent offense)
Possession of a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Warrant arrest (2 counts)

On January 24th at 10:14 p.m.
Brett S. O’Keefe, 39, of East Falmouth was charged with
Resisting arrest
Shoplifting by asportation
Assault and battery on a police officer
Disorderly conduct
Disturbing the peace

On January 25th at 9:35 a.m.
Nicole M. Cabral, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On January 25th at 1:25 p.m.
Katelyn S. Geggatt, 26, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On January 26th at 9:50 a.m.
James Robert Orlando, 49, of Falmouth was charged with
Warrant arrest

On January 26th at 12:42 p.m.
Kevin Robert Curley, 47, of Pocasset was charged with
Trafficking in Fentanyl (more than 10 grams)
Drug violation near a school/park

On January 27th at 1:37 a.m.
Susanne M. McAlvin, 45, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Open container of alcohol in a vehicle
Possession of a Class B substance

On January 27th at 11:37 p.m.
Casey C. O’Hearn, 26, of East Wareham, MA was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger

On January 28th at 3:14 p.m.
Ryan M. Karber, 35, of Brewster was charged
Operating under the influence of liquor (2nd offense)

Daniel Matthew Hayden, 35, of Hyannis was charged with

On January 28th at 5:56 p.m.
Gregory C. Maciel, 28, of Falmouth was charged with
Operating after license suspended
