Fall in Falmouth on the Shining Sea Bike Path

Falmouth is the birthplace of Katharine Lee Bates who wrote “America the Beautiful” (….”from sea to shining sea…”) – Thus the name “Shining Sea Bikeway”.

It is a 10.5 path (or 21 mile round trip) that runs from Woods Hole to North Falmouth, and runs along the beach, marshlands, ponds with swan, and the Bourne farm & cranberry bog.
