I’m Down 43 Pounds!

KarenBlakeBlogImageI’m down 43 pounds! I’m very happy with that amount of weight loss but I have to admit I’ve had a tough time over the past couple of weeks. I’ve been busy and haven’t been getting enough sleep and as a result my body is fighting to stay awake and I’ve been eating more of my diet food than I should be. When I made a casserole instead of eating half I ate 3/4 of it. Then of course,that was followed by Thanksgiving when 1 sliver of pie turned into 3 slivers. I have been so good for 4 months and the last 14 days have been challenging. I guess I’m human.

As of yesterday…I have refocused and hopefully I can get another 40 pounds off! I really love Ideal Protein. It works!!! My coach Jessica has really helped me to get back on the right track. I will be thrilled soon when I can buy some new clothes. In a new size!!!

    Good job Karen! The diet really works so don’t worry about your little slips … Tomorrow you just get back at it! I did the diet a few years ago and I still get the food every now and again when I feel I need to. I love certain items and they are my ‘go to’ ones. Good to know its there when I need it. You are doing awesome so don’t beat your self up ! Congratulations on your success!
