BREWSTER – More than 100 members of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Cape Cod (HBRACC) are taking part in the 4th Home Builders Blitz, which starts today and runs through Friday.
Cape Cod home builders, remodelers and suppliers will build the home this week in Brewster and then it will be sold to a qualifying family for $150,000.
The two-story, three-bedroom Cape home will be one of eight affordable homes being constructed in the second phase of a 14-home subdivision developed by Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod on Paul Hush Way.
The land was purchased with funding from the Town of Brewster Community Preservation Act funds.
