HYANNIS – The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod has announced the winners of its 2018 Fellowship Program.

The program awards $1,500 to each fellow in the categories of written word, visual arts and performing arts.

This year’s fellows include Orleans writer Susan Blood, Wellfleet painter James Everett Stanley, and musician Mary George of Yarmouth Port.

The winners were chosen by a panel of anonymous jurors from a field of 55 applicants.

Blood will use the funding to pen a second novel about spending a year as a hermit. George will produce a Christmas album and Stanley will paint a portrait series of Caribbean families living on the Outer Cape.
