BARNSTABLE – The town of Barnstable is reminding residents to complete and send in census forms recently mailed out.

Responding to the census provides proof of residency to protect voting rights.

The forms should be updated with individuals who have left the residence or have been added. They should also be signed and returned if there are no changes.

The census can be sent back to the Town Clerk’s office. There are also several boxes for returning census forms at Town Hall and the seven village libraries.
