HYANNIS – MassDot is reminding motorists of roadwork that will cause disruptions in Hyannis over the next two days. Today and tomorrow traffic will be detoured at the intersection of Route 28 and Bearse’s Way.
Traffic will be directed north on Bearse’s Way then directed southeast down Pitcher’s Way. The detour will end as traffic migrates back to Route 28. Traffic to local businesses will be permitted.
Traffic will be impeded during the work and motorists are advised to expect delays and seek alternate routes. The work is expected to come to a close on Friday if the weather permits.
