Brewster Coastal Committee Presents Meeting on Shoreline Access

BREWSTER – The latest in a series of five public meetings presented by the Brewster Coastal Committee at the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History will take place this Thursday.

This meeting will address peak season shoreline access for resident and visitors. Specific measures for enhancing beach access opportunities will be identified and explored – including regulations, operational or management of facilities, and physical improvements.

Local consultant Carole Ridley and the Brewster Coastal Committee have designed these meetings as a way to provide community conversations on which to base the development of Brewster’s coastal resources plan.

The next and last meeting in the Coastal Committee’s series will be held on September 13th on the topic of “Protecting infrastructure, visual access, cultural & historical resources.”
