YARMOUTH – The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce, along with the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, will be hosting the Cape Cod Opportunity Zone Conference on December 3.
Opportunity zones are designated areas where investments, such as real estate developments, may be given special treatment when it comes to federal income taxes.
Several opportunity zones are located across Cape Cod.
Attorney Russell Stein of Partridge Snow and Hahn LLP will speak at the conference and explain how these zones impact the community, investors, and development teams.
The conference will be held from 8 to 10 a.m. at the Association of Realtors’ location on Mid Tech Drive.
