YARMOUTH – The town of Yarmouth is asking residents to do their trick or treating between the hours of 3pm-8pm.
There will be extra police on duty.
Safety tips include the wearing of light colored clothing and/or adding reflective tape, go out during daylight but carry a flashlight just in case and only visit houses you know.
Home owners are advised to remove lawn ornaments, park vehicles off the street and make sure all exterior lights are on.
The police headquarters itself will be welcoming trick or treaters.
