BOURNE – The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will be hosting a scoping meeting at the Upper Cape Regional Technical School in Bourne on August 21 from 6 to 9 p.m.
The meeting will be in regards to preparation of the NOAA’s Draft Environmental Impact Statement to amend the Atlantic Large Whale Take Reduction Plan.
