Orleans Senior Center to Host Several March Programs

ORLEANS – The Orleans Senior Center is offering several programs for residents later this month.

Intro to iPad & iPhone basics will be held March 19 at 1:30 p.m.

For individuals new to Apple products the program will cover the basics to get started, along with navigation skills for apps and tips to strengthen technology confidence.

A program about the workings of the court system, “Here Comes the Judge!,” is March 20 at 2 p.m.

Justice Susan Sullivan of the Barnstable Superior Court will provide a better understanding of the powers and authority of the court, the requirements in applying the law and more.

Shop Smart at the Doctor Mart is March 20 at 10:30 a.m.

The VNA of Cape Cod presents various ways to make the most of each visit to the doctor.

And celebrate National Nutrition Month with Nutrition Nuggets on March 26 at 2 p.m.

Nutritionist Maggie Davis will teach ways to enhance healthy eating.
