HYANNIS – The Steamship Authority will hold a meeting Saturday morning in Hyannis where the Public Communications portion of the review of the Authority’s operations will be released.
HMS Consulting prepared the comprehensive review, which was released in full in December.
Also on the agenda for the meeting is an update on the Authority’s search for a new Treasurer/Comptroller, and the Consultant’s proposal to assist the Authority with implementation of the recommendations contained in the report. Public comment will be welcomed as well.
Residents of the Vineyard should take the 7 am boat and will be provided transportation from Woods Hole to the meeting in Hyannis. Nantucket residents should take the 6:30 am boat which arrives in Hyannis at 8:45.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 Saturday morning at the SSA’s Hyannis terminal.
