YARMOUTH – The Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce held their annual meeting and awards dinner last week.
The 55th annual event was held at The Riverway Restaurant in South Yarmouth. Organizers said it was an opportunity to look back at the accomplishments of the last year.
“We always looking forward to hosting the Annual Dinner. It’s an opportunity to mingle with our members and hear from them as well as showcasing the work that we have been involved in over the year to support the businesses we represent,” said Mary Vilbon, the Executive Director of the Yarmouth Chamber of Commerce.
Platinum Auto Services accepted the Business of the Year Award and Jack McCormack was named the Citizen of the Year for his years of service to the town. Both received citations from the Massachusetts House of Representatives from State. Rep. Will Crocker.
