Firefighters respond to blaze at house in Sandwich

SANDWICH – Firefighters were called to a house fire in Sandwich around 7:15 PM Wednesday. Flames were visible from the structure on Dexter Avenue when crews arrived. Several departments were responding to the scene or to cover the Sandwich fire station.

Shortly after 7:30 PM, the fire was reported under control. No injuries were reported. Further details were not immediately available.
