WAREHAM – From Wareham Police: On Monday, January 28, at 4:30 p.m. Officers Blaise Lalli and Charles Pillsbury arrested James Kumlin, 49, of Wareham on Main Street at Park Street as the result of an outstanding warrant.

Later at about 7:00 p.m. Officer Jennifer Braley arrested Julie Carlson, 39, of New Bedford for operating after revocation of driver’s license and misuse of a handicap plate. The arrest was made following an incident in which the officer observed a vehicle pulling in and parking in a handicap space at Walmart.
Michael Pina
On Tuesday at 9:00 p.m. Officers Nate Aronson and Charles Pillsbury arrested Michael Pina, 33, of no certain address, following a disturbance on Sawyer Street. Mr. Pina is charged with disturbing the peace.

On Wednesday morning at about 12:30 a.m. officers of the midnight shift under the direction of Sgt. Herb Noble responded to the Fan Club for a reported fight in progress. Upon the arrival of Officer Calib Larue he observed two males actively fighting in the parking lot and ordered them to stop. A female began speaking to Officer Larue and one of the males who had been fighting charged at the female, screaming profanities. Officer Larue ordered the man to stop, and placed him under arrest. Andre Silvia, 49, of Onset is charged with two counts of assault and battery, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
