Water main break in Orleans shuts down area businesses

ORLEANS – Due to an unexpected water main break on Route 6A in Orleans, water was shut off from the new roundabout to Main Street early Friday.

According to Orleans police, all restaurants were initially closed in that area, but were expected to re-open after the pipe was repaired by late afternoon..
