Weekly Police Department Arrests/Reports – The Week of February 9th, 2016

PROVINCETOWN – Provincetown Police report the following arrests for the past week. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
On February 2nd at 12:56 a.m. Ofc. Aaron Kacergis arrested
Kevin K. Jones
, 32, of Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest (3 counts)

On February 5th at 6:54 p.m. Det. Richard Alves arrested
Michael L. Walczak
, 65, of South Wellfleet who was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60

TRURO
– Truro Police report the following arrests for the past week:
On February 1st at 9:27 a.m. Sgt. Scott Holway arrested
Shawn P. O’Donnell, 36, of North Truro who was charged with
Warrant arrest

On February 3rd at 8:17 a.m. Ofc. Craig Bayer arrested
German Guevara, 43, of Waterbury, Ct who was charged with
Operating without a license
Speeding

WELLFLEET – Wellfleet Police report the following arrest for the past week.
On February 2nd at 9:42 p.m.
Kaitllyn M. Foye, 22, of Wellfleet was charged with
Warrant arrest

SANDWICH – Sandwich Police report no arrests for the past week.

FALMOUTH – Falmouth Police report the following arrests for the past week.
On February 3rd at 4:22 p.m.
Joseph J. Lodico, 38, of Boston was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance (subsequent offense)
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Intimidating a witness
and
Marcus S. Bartolomei, 18, of Mashpee was charged with
Possession with intent to distribute a Class B substance
Conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act
Lights violation

On February 4th at 9:16 p.m.
Richard W. Seychew, 70, of East Falmouth was charged with
Operating under the influence of liquor
Operating negligently to endanger
Marked lanes violation

On February 6th at 6:45 a.m.
Edwin Ingles-Torres, 22, of Falmouth was charged with
Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife)
Assailt and battery with a dangerous weapon (bat)
Threatening to commmit a crime (2 counts)
Disturbing the peace
Attempting to commit a crime (B&E)
Assault and battery to collect a loan

On February 6th at 5:28 p.m.
Kyle R. Remington, 37, of Falmouth was charged with
Possession of a Class A substance
Possession of a Class E substance

On February 7th at 12:31 p,m.
Jeffrey G. O’Shaughnessy, 34, of Belmont, MA was charged with
Disorderly conduct
