Waggin’ Wednesday: Two is Bunnier Than One!

Meet Bunnicula and Buffy! This beautiful pair came to the MSPCA after being left at a shop and the owner didn’t return. These two ladies are as sweet as pie, and super soft to boot! Bunnicula (black bunny) is more outgoing and is the first to hop up to the front of the cage to say hello. Buffy (brown bunny) is a bit more shy, but so very sweet once you earn her trust. These two will require lots of exercise time outside of their cage- about 3-4 hours is needed for bunnies to stay healthy. They require fresh hay and veggies daily, as well as pellets and water. If you have the time commitment and love to give to these sweet girls, ask a staff member for more information on how to add them to your family by giving them a call or stopping by the shelter during open hours! Rabbits can live up to 12 years and are very social creatures! So, make sure you’re ready for both the time and financial commitments. They need unlimited access to hay and eat fresh vegetables along with their pellets on a daily basis. So you’ll want to factor that into your monthly budget.

If you’d like to meetBunnicula and Buffy, please stop by the MSPCA Shelter in Centerville!
