CHATHAM – Roadway restoration and paving work related to Chatham’s sewer construction project has resumed for the fall.

Paving work will continue through Friday on Oyster Pond Furlong, Oyster Pond Lane, Jane’s Way, Earle’s Way, The Cornfield, Wheldon Way and Shattuck Place.

The paving of Inlet Road and Spinnaker Lane is scheduled to begin next Tuesday, but could begin this week if all other roads are completed early.

Work hours are weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Roads will be passable at the end of each day. Police details and contractors will work with residents to ensure their needs for access are met. Police and signs will also assist motorists with detours.
