Friends of Barnstable Dog Parks Asking for New Volunteer Officers

BARNSTABLE – New volunteer officers are being sought by the Friends of Barnstable Dog Parks, a non-profit organization comprised solely of volunteers.

The roles of president, vice president, and secretary will be open. Board members will also be selected.

The current group of volunteers will be relinquishing their roles to allow new people to bring ideas to keep the Barnstable Dog Park clean and vibrant.

Users of the park are encouraged to help outside of the official positions as well. Volunteers are needed to provide one hour a week to maintain the area via tasks such as trash disposal and sweeping.

For more information, head to www.barnstabledogparks.org. If interested in volunteering, email [email protected].
