ORLEANS – Independence House is holding an open house Wednesday to show off its new location in Orleans.
The organization says the larger space will better meet the needs of families and individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence in the Lower Cape region.
The event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the new location at 5 Namskaket Road.
Visitors will be able to tour the facility, meet counselors and enjoy light refreshments.
Independence House also serves the community at locations in Hyannis, Falmouth and Provincetown.
