ORLEANS – Nauset Light Beach in Orleans has been temporarily closed to swimming following a great white shark sighting.
According to the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy’s Sharktivity app, the Cape Cod National Seashore issued a no swimming order around 1:30 this afternoon.
The water will be closed for one hour, pending further sightings.
