EASTHAM – The Housing Assistance Corporation of Cape Cod is announcing a new affordable home on the market in Eastham.
The two-bedroom, one bath home has a partially finished lower level that adds extra living space.
The house, located at 28 Sandy Meadow Way in Eastham, is close to all the amenities on the Lower Cape.
Eligible applicants are first time homebuyers that are eligible to obtain a loan to purchase the property, which must comply with the deed restriction.
The household income of eligible applicants must be at or below 90-percent of the area median income of Barnstable County, with household assets worth no more than $75,000.
