Selectmen and the school and finance committees will meet to begin early discussions about the fiscal 2018 budget.

The three boards will review the projected revenues and expenses for the current fiscal year and examine initial presumptions for the upcoming budget.

Early figures put the Fiscal 2018 spending plan at $77.2 million.

Public hearings on the budget will take place in February.

Tonight’s session begins at 7 p.m. in Sandwich Town Hall.
