Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum to Host Summer Yoga

PROVINCETOWN – Residents and visitors in Provincetown will be able to work out their minds and bodies every Sunday throughout the season at the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum.

Yoga classes will be held every Sunday morning on the lawn that overlooks Provincetown Harbor from 7:30 to 9 a.m.

Instructor Alison Dwyer welcomes participants of all ages and all levels to join her class.

Dwyer is a certified yoga instructor and holistic nurse practitioner. She has been trained in the fields of medicine, nursing, education psychology and alternative care.

Her experience includes a fellowship in psychiatry with Harvard-Vanguard in Boston, owning and operating an integrative wellness center in Rhode Island and teaching on the collegiate level.

Mats are available for those attending and parking is free during class time. There is a suggested donation of $10.

If there is inclement weather, the yoga class will be held inside the museum.
