Wellfleet Cultural Council Accepting Grant Proposals

WELLFLEET – Applications are being accepted for 2020 Wellfleet Cultural Council grants.

Proposals for programs in the arts, humanities, and interpretive sciences that benefit the Wellfleet community will be considered.

The grants support a wide range of projects from exhibitions, live performances, workshops and classes, to special events and more.

The deadline to apply is October 15.

Applications can be submitted online at www.mass-culture.org/wellfleet.

A Grant Proposal Presentation will be held Saturday, September 14 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Wellfleet Library. Council members will be on hand to talk about the program and answer any questions.

Last year the council awarded 39 grants totaling $8,250.

The Wellfleet Cultural Council is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council and the Town of Wellfleet.
