Waggin’ Wednesday: Say Hello To Milo, Jr

Every cat is unique… But some cats need a unique home to go with their unique personality and needs… Poor Milo Jr has been waiting patiently at the MSPCA shelter in Centerville for a special home.

Milo Jr. is a spunky, fabulous, eight year old cat who just wants a chance to be your best buddy. When Milo first came to the shelter the staff quickly noticed that he was not feeling well. After running blood work they discovered that he was a diabetic! Now that Milo is receiving treatment for his diabetes he is feeling much better and has his energy back. He loves to play and explore. Milo’s adopter will need to be comfortable giving him insulin shots twice a day, sticking with his prescription diet, and taking him to regular vet visits. Milo also has a habit of getting a bit overstimulated from what other cats might feel is a “normal” amount of petting, so his adopter will have to know how to read his body language to avoid pushing him past his unique threshold.

If you think you could be Milo’s PERRRfect match, please stop by the MSPCA shelter on Rte 28 in Centerville!
